THE ROLE

SUMMARY
Report to the Sales Manager, you will accelerate the positive impact of eCommerce and elevate best practices by mutualizing, centralizing and building expertise with a new eCommerce team to consolidate the e-SIS management and the e-retailers management.
Deliver brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement) in the eCommerce channel, comprises of Shop-in-Shops, On-Demand Delivery & E-Retailers.

THE ROLE
Coach and manage 1 direct report and take lead in elevating the digital marketing skillsets within the Off-Trade Sales Team.
Design the eCommerce commercial strategy and plans to catch-up market share over competitors on growth relay categories as well as design appropriate communication and negotiation plan.
Manage day-to-day operations of eCommerce platforms and drive online activities in relation to traffic acquisition, sales, customer service, content maintenance, order & inventory management across all eCommerce accounts by working closely with Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance.
Design and execute brand activations and sales promotion plans by deploying the right tools to drive Integrated digital marketing campaigns with customers. Drive maximum business impact and improve business ROI by developing KPIs and evaluating the effectiveness of these investments with strong data analytics.
Drive strategic negotiations and identify gaps and opportunities to grow eCommerce business. Establish close partnership with his / her customers to improve the level of partnership and position the company as a key partner of choice through active engagement and joint-business planning.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Degree in business or equivalent
Min 5 years’ exp in eCommerce, preferably managing eCommerce platforms / customers i.e. Shopee, Lazada & FoodPanda
Experience in digital marketing
Strong critical thinking and data analytical skills/capabilities
Up-to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurements
Must be result orientated, aggressive, committed, and proactive
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Experience in leading team / people management
