Manage OFT accounts: NTUC Fairprice, Cheers, wine shops and ecommerce retailers
Responsible for delivering brand objectives both quantitatively (volume and profit) and qualitatively (visibility, activation, consumer engagement)
Design plans for new commercial strategy with the accounts
Revisit all investments, define commercial strategy and plans that enable to block competitors on our leading categories and catch up market share over competitors on growth relay categories, design appropriate communication and negotiation plan.
Handle sales and space/promotions negotiation. Improve the level of partnership with the accounts to be a key partner of choice for OFT accounts.
Analyze performance regularly, design and implement brand activation plans and sales promotion plans, optimize investments to improve ROI of the account.
Work in close collaboration with the store staff on top of developing an excellent relationship with buyers. Manage outsourced merchandisers and promotion promoters to keep their level of motivation, dedication and standards of work to the maximum.
Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive the implementation of the ecommerce commercial strategy.
Degree holder with formal business qualifications or equivalent
Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience in trading field.
Relevant experience in FMCG industry, particularly key accts e.g. NTUC Fairprice, DFI, CMM and Ecommerce channels
Good negotiation and presentation skills.
Outgoing with good initiative and interpersonal skills.
Energetic and outgoing personality who enjoys the night life
